BALID: membership

Membership

BALID is a network of individuals and organisations who believe that sharing their experience of literacy enriches workers in both the industrial and the developing world. Individual members include people from different sectors who wish to promote literacy, as well as academics and practitioners in the UK and overseas. Corporate members include university departments of adult and continuing education, non-governmental organisations and local education authorities.

Membership of BALID includes:

an opportunity to participate in BALID activities
reduced rate attendance at BALID workshops and seminars
access to a range of literacy resources
